3 Crusade locations on the edges of Bujumbura City! Sororeza, Jabe, and Kanyosha Churches. Evangelistic Crusades (15 days).
Construction of church roofs and other human aid!
WIth many delays and challanges because of flight problems and cancelations, our team of four arrived in Burundi and were richly blessed by our hosts and all the people we met. Working with our African Director and the President of the Burundi Union, we had a perfect trip. The accomidations were fantastic and the food was amazing. If only it would cool down a bit during the days!
Our team of 4 volunteers divided into three groups and we held crusades at three locations while also providing a children's program at one (thanks yo sister Debbie!). We had lots of great food, time to prepare each day, and large crowds each night. During several of our days we traveled to remote parts of Burundi and found the conditions in deep need of humanitarian assistance. The Lord was working in amazing ways during each and every part of our trip. We ended the time in Burundi with 82 baptisms, and the provision of clothing to over 200 children in need. Check out our picture gallery for lots of great pictures! Thanks to all our supporters and the team of volunteers for making this trip a special blessing to all! We hope to see you all next year! We have lots of work to do in Burundi! Many have not even heard of Jesus!

Building Projects plus Crusade meetings in Hattieville City!
Organized by Grow Missions in coordination with the Belize Union and the Cherith Church in Hattieville, we had a great 10 days of hard work and fun in the sun! Our group of 11 ranged from 11 years old to much older than that (like 50 years older). We had couples and families and singles from California, Texas, and Oklahoma. During our stay we spent each morning in daily prayer and devotion and then left for work on our school bus. The days were hot and the work was hard and above all that the Lord gave us cool breezes, clouds for covering, and occasional rain to cool things down. We spent our days hauling cement blocks and mixing mortar so we could build the foundation walls before we filled them with heavy dirt. Then each night we held an evangelistic revival to teach the local families about the love of Christ. It was a great trip and we accomplished much with the help of our Belizean friends and the Holy Spirit. It was hard work but we also had lots of fun, built long lasting relationships, and participated in the work of the Holy Spirit as 5 people gave their lives to Christ and received the blessings of Baptism. What a blessing to be able
to serve our Lord in so many amazing ways! It was
a truly wonderful trip! Thanks again to Sister Grace, Brian (Samuel), Floyd, Marilyn, Melissa, and Annette and Becky for taking such great care of us!! See our gallery section for pictures.

Rain Water System Construction!
After two years of pre-work, the construction of 15 Rain Water Collection Systems, the training and equipping of 19 Elders with Cows (to provide much needed financial support), and countless hours of meetings by our Africa Director, Elder Moindi, our team of 8 volunteers arrived to a wonderful crusade! Our lodging was the best (a private home with all the comforts... electricity, indoor plumbing, and water most of the time), our food was fantastic (thanks Pauline and team!), and the churches provided transportation to each crusade site. Our team was healthy and when not preaching we visited many families in need. The Lord was working in amazing ways during each and every part of our trip. With over 1100 baptisms, and the completion of three rain water systems during our stay, we witnessed untold blessings and miracles. Check out our gallery section for lots of great pictures! Thanks to all our supporters and the team of volunteers for making this years trip a special blessing to all! We hope to see you all next year!
MARGARITA, COSTA RICA
July 2 , 2008 to July 13, 2008 (11 days)
2 Preaching Centers
(Margarita Church and Puerto Viejo, Limon) Construction Project
and nightly VBS
Organized by Grow Missions Ministries, this trip involved
a great group of adults and young people from SDA churches in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, California, and New York. The mission’s main
focus was the construction of a new church in the village of Margarita. This involved concrete blocks, cement, metal work, and just plain old hard effort! Our team of 15 worked all day and then conducted VBS classes and held evangelistic meetings at night. It was hard work but we also had lots of fun, built long lasting relationships, and participated in the work of the Holy Spirit as 15 people gave their lives to Christ and received the blessings of Baptism. What a blessing to be able
to serve our Lord in so many amazing ways! It was
a truly wonderful trip! Thanks to the MISIÓN CARIBE DE COSTA RICA DE LOS ADVENTISTA and Pastor Douff for all your support as we came to this mission field! See our gallery section for pictures.
Cebu City in CEBU, PHILIPPINES
November
27, 2007 to December 18, 2007 (21 days)
6 Crusade Locations
around Cebu City! Evangelistic/Prophecy Crusades (15 days)..
Adults and Children
Our trip to Cebu was such a wonderful mission experience. Our team of 6 traveled many hours and arrived ready to serve. We were blessed in our rooms at the Literature Evangelism Seminary (we had AC) as the days and nights were hot (88F and 90% humidity). The city is a buzz of noise and movement, and the people came out to hear the truth found in God's Word. Our advance coordinator arranged six church locations around Cebu and for the first time in Cebu City we held simultaneous crusades supported entirely by the local lay workers in the churches. WOW, It was AMAZING! We watched God work in so many ways as He transformed each of our mission team members and each of our crusade centers into well tuned mission outreach teams. It is
hard to put in words the amazing way God uses each of us in His mission! The Lord brought 61 precious souls to baptism and prepared many more in study of His word. We made many new friends! The YA teams at two of the churches are now planning evangelistic meetings of their own (lay lead and staffed), and small groups are now growing in Cebu City. We look forward to returning again in 2009 with new teams. Please watch for more updates soon in our project and upcoming mission sections. "Pagpalain Ka"

focus was on construction to complete the additions
to a church Sabbath school addition and digging the
foundation trench for a church expansion. With the
majority of the team focused on building work, we
also had teams leading VBS for the children, running
a medical and dental clinic, and preaching nightly
Evangelistic Crusades. What a blessing to be able
to serve our Lord in so many amazing ways! It was
a truly wonderful trip! Thanks GYT for allowing us

5 Camp Centers
around Kisii Town! Evangelistic Crusades (14 days)..
Adults and Children
Legacy Welfare Projects (Cows
for Life)
What an amazing experience we had this past
year in Kenya! Our hosts had arranged everything,
and even with transportation challenges and a bit
of culture shock, God provided such a wonderful experience
for each of the five volunteer teams. Four husband & wife teams and an individual
man traveled thousands of miles in planes, buses,
and beat up cars to take the Word of God to 1000’s
in the remote villages around Kisii, Kenya. It is
hard to put in words the amazing way God allowed us
to join Him in this mission! I will try to post a
video soon to better tell the whole story! God used
our volunteers to accomplish a great work, but it
is only a beginning. Please join us next year as we
return for two more full evangelistic series and building
projects.
